When god speaks…
words are powerful. They create and tear down.
when god spoke, the earth was created.
“God said, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was light.” – Genesis 1:3
out of the abundance of the heart, THE MOUTH SPEAKS.”
Matthew was a friend to Jesus, and he wrote down many of the things Jesus said. Jesus shared insights into human nature, including this statement. “Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.” (Matthew 12:34) What you and I say reveals what’s in our hearts. The same is true of God.
From The Heart Of God
Came everything we see.
AND GOD SAW THAT IT WAS GOOD.
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men.” –John 1:1-3
God looked over all of creation and saw that it was good. Take some time today to see the goodness all around.
