Men and women created in the image of God—There is not a pronoun in existence that describes the completion of God. God is the fullness of both male and female. And God created humanity in his image. Passionate. Caring. Creative. Angry. Sad. Loving. Rejoicing. Everything we are, in our feminine qualities and masculine, reflect the image of God.
We are carbon based life forms—infused with the breath of life. This is our first gift. Structural design, which, like any car or machine made by man, was designed to flourish with the right fuel and maintenance. You were designed to have a healthy body, and to eat of the fruit of the land.
“It is not good that man should be alone; I will make a helper fit for him.”

The Creation Account
The book of Genesis (meaning “beginnings”) is where you’ll find the entire creation story. This story was passed down verbally through generations (like an actor memorizes lines), and then probably recorded by Moses once writing became a thing.
WHERE TO START WHEN LIFE IS BROKEN
Foundations were laid at the beginning of time—our bodies and health, work, rest, and relationships. It’s not funny that in these very things is where our deepest brokenness happens. But there is a route to wholeness.
